Bradley A. Thomas is the founder of the Law Offices of Bradley Ashton Thomas, focusing on civil litigation, estates and probate, and representation of record producers, songwriters and performing artists. A member of the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia Bars, he successfully argued the 1998 case which established the state of the law on unauthorized access to computers in Maryland. He is a member of several voluntary legal associations including the National Bar Association, the Washington Bar Association (where was elected Treasurer in 2023), the Maryland State Bar Association and Sigma Delta Tau Legal Fraternity.

Currently the President of the Bates Area Civic Association, he served for ten years as an elected Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner in D.C.’s Ward 5, the last six as the Chair of ANC5E from 2017 to 2023. In addition to his legal and political endeavors, he is a former long-term Moderator of Peoples Congregational U.C.C. and previously served as President of the Board of Directors of the Central Atlantic Conference from 2013 to 2015.
