Foundations BAT Training | April 26, 2025 (9a-1p)
The Foundations BAT course is a four hour required training that encourages the participant to reflect deeply on the needs of the pastor/chaplain and how the denial or fulfillment of those needs can affect the ways in which one ministers. The course examines the dynamics of power, interpersonal relationships, sexual ethics, exhaustion/restoration, differentiation, and how one's historical self might influence the present.
